Manage My Health – Patient Portal

Manage My Health is a secure online patient portal that allows enrolled patients of Cardrona Doctors to access parts of their health information and communicate with the practice online.

The portal is designed to make it easier to manage routine health tasks without needing to phone the clinic.

What you can do with Manage My Health

Depending on your enrolment and account access, you may be able to:

  • Book and manage appointments
  • Request repeat prescriptions
  • View selected test results and clinical notes
  • Send non-urgent messages to the practice
  • Update your personal contact details

Some services may take time for the clinical team to review before a response is provided.

Manage My Health should not be used for:

  • Urgent or emergency medical concerns
  • New or worsening symptoms that require prompt assessment
  • Same-day appointment requests

If you need urgent medical care, please contact the clinic directly or call 111 in an emergency.

Who can use Manage My Health?

Manage My Health is available to enrolled patients. Access must be set up through the practice, and identity verification is required to protect your privacy.

If you are not enrolled or visiting the area on a short-term basis, Manage My Health access may not be available.
